About
ARML is one of the premier team math competitions in the US. Regional teams of 15 students travel to compete simultaneously at multiple sites across the country. It is a highlight of the competitive math season for many high school teams.
Format
Rounds: • Team Round — 10 problems, 20 min, team of 15 collaborates • Power Question — proof-based, 60 min, team of 15 • Individual Round — 10 problems (5 pairs), 10 min per pair • Relay Rounds — 3 relays of 3 problems each, 6 min per relay, groups of 3
